This site is a tribute to Sylvia Jenkins, who was born in Manchester on March 11, 1940. Sylvia was married to Barry and together they spent many years running the Horse & Jockey pub in Hazel Grove.  Sylvia was a much loved mum to Elizabeth, a wonderful grandma to Clem & Meredithand cherished sister of Susan.  She is always in our thoughts.  

Sylvia spent the final three weeks of her life in St Ann’s Hospice.  She received amazing care and support from all of the staff there and we would like to give something back to say a huge thank you for their kindness.
